These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of any digital product sold by USNT Education, a trading name of Safe Publishing Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 981 Great West Road, 24 Tax Suite 137b, Westlink House, Brentford, England, TW8 9DN, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our").
By purchasing or downloading any product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.
We sell digital study guides, workbooks, and related digital resources ("Products") designed to help learners prepare for and navigate aspects of the U.S. immigration and naturalization process. Products are delivered exclusively in digital form (such as PDF, DOCX, or MP3 audio files).
Our Products are educational and informational materials. They are not legal advice, and purchasing a Product does not create any legal, consulting, or advisory relationship between you and us. See Section 6 below.
Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method used.
Products are delivered digitally, typically by immediate download link and/or by email, using our third-party email and checkout provider, MailerLite. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check your inbox and spam/junk folder for delivery.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect email address, spam filtering, or third-party email or internet service disruptions outside our control.
Because our Products are digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree, at the point of purchase, that:
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a Product has been delivered or made available for download, except where required by applicable law.
If you experience a genuine technical problem accessing your Product (for example, a broken download link), contact us at hello@usnteducation.com and we will work with you to resolve it.
When you purchase a Product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use that Product for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Our Products are for general informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, immigration, tax, or financial advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a qualified attorney, accredited representative, or relevant government agency.
Immigration rules, fees, forms, and procedures can change. While we make reasonable efforts to keep our content accurate and up to date at the time of publication, we do not guarantee that information will remain current, complete, or applicable to your individual circumstances. Always confirm current requirements directly with the relevant government agency (such as USCIS, the Social Security Administration, the Transportation Security Administration, or your state Department of Motor Vehicles) before relying on any information in our Products.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Safe Publishing Ltd and USNT Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our Products, including but not limited to loss of time, loss of opportunity, or reliance on outdated or inapplicable information.
Our total liability to you in connection with any Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that Product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We use third-party providers to operate our checkout and deliver our Products, including Stripe (payment processing) and MailerLite (checkout and email delivery). Your use of these services in connection with your purchase is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Changes will apply to purchases made after the updated Terms are published.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of your country of residence.
